Tim, it’s great that you share your food journey and preferences. I love it when people show what works for them and way. Your story is a great example. I also love your point here:

Acting like veganism is stupid is both immature and ignorant.

There is now more and more evidence that plant-based diets can prevent and even cure common diseases. We all have our own reasons for eating what we do and all I am saying is have an open mind.

Open-mindedness will get you further than being a critic who refuses to listen to anything but the sound of their own voice.

I would add the same goes for farmers (regardless of the kind of agriculture they are part of). There is evidence that quality animal protein has benefits too. The same immaturity and ignorance is what fuels misunderstanding of what they provide our society — food.

It really comes down to eating in a way that gives your body what you need to be its best. Whether it’s vegan, paleo, vegetarian, etc. It’s not about diet, it’s about eating whole foods that enable you to operate in the most optimal way both physically and mentally.
